Planning my article

The example article for the double page spread for tips was very influential on how I would structure my article. I plan on using short and to the point main tips in larger fonts and then thoroughly explain why I suggest that below. I do not plan on including an introduction paragraph before my tips because I feel as though the title of the article is enough of an explanation as to what the tips will be about. I am doing research to make my tips factual, however I don't want to make it too boring.
